I have a few favourite smoothies that I'm going to share with you but first let me tell you why adding smoothies to your daily diet is beneficial. Smoothies are a great way to supplement your everyday diet and add nutrients where you may have some deficiencies. Its a great way to get in an extra meal and your body can start using the nutrients in a smoothie quickly. My favourite smoothies are quick, easy and have very few ingredients which gives me no excuse to skip a meal.
