Recently I was disappointed after stepping on the scale and seeing no progress. I was standing there while the number flashed in front of me and I let my emotions take over my mind. I’ve been working so hard spending hours at the gym trying to drop weight for my upcoming competition and I was left asking myself “Did I not work hard enough?” “What’s the point if I’m not getting any results?” “Maybe I shouldn’t continue.” “Maybe I don’t have what it takes”. These thoughts were polluting my mind because I had an expectation to lose weight and it didn’t happen.
Fat burners aren’t something I would recommend using. I believe we can achieve the results we want naturally through food no matter what our goals are. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the term “fat burners” here is a simple explanation.
