Next time you feel a craving coming on ask yourself: Is my body lacking nutrients? Am I bored? Am I emotional eating? The first step is to pin point the cause of the craving then you can work from there to solve the problem. Remember you have the power!! Nobody can do it from you. You and only you hold the power to resist and get through it!!
